Cancellation & Refund Policy: Iyengar Yoga Center is a small community center that appreciates your patronage. All class series purchases are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. Makeups must be completed within the time frame of the current series, and credits cannot be issued for no-shows.
In-person classes at the studio: If you miss a class, space permitting, you can make it up in another in person class OR you can take an online class and receive the video for the online class you take. Make-ups must be done in the time frame of the class series you have signed up for. No refunds are given for missed classes.
Online classes: If you miss a class, you will receive a video and/or take another online class that you choose. Make-ups must be done in the time frame of the class series you have signed up for. No refunds are given for missed classes.
In-person privates: One must prepay 5 days before the scheduled private. Unless you are experiencing Covid like symptoms, are sick, or have a family emergency, to receive a refund, cancellations, or rescheduling must be done 72 hours before the scheduled private. No refunds are given if the cancellation is done after 72 hours.
